Discovery example

I need to document and exemplify more deeply and interestingly,

In-App Issue Reporting

One of the many iterative improvements I worked on with the Wayhome team was the addition of an Issue reporting flow into the App. The overall goal was both User and business driven: making it easier for Pros to report issues while also making it cheaper for us to process those claims.

Another benefit of this project was causing the business team to formalize rules around refunds, penalties, and bonuses.

Above is a representation of one of the paths Pros could go thru while reporting a job issue thru the Wayhome App.

Above: This flow diagram of sorts was to be used after all discovery discussions based on whiteboarding, flows, and wires, and also after the design phase as a way to have a final review with the broader team present and explore any further gaps we might have missed.

My time with the Wayhome team was very fruitful, and a true blast! It was a pleasure to deliver so much with a crew of such talented people

I thought a good way to represent my imprint on the life of this effort would be to write it down as one massive App update on my humble website here; let’s give it a go.
